To celebrate the sunny Tokyo weather, today I have a very easy and delightful berry lassi recipe for you guys. I prepped this super quick berry lassi with the berries that I got from our visit to Costco couple of days back. I am a sucker for healthy fruit drink like fruit lassis and smoothies, I prefer these more over fruit juices.
The consistency was more like smoothie than a lassi, but as I took yogurt as my main base for this instead of milk and bananas I am calling it lassi. You can totally do as you like, with yogurt or milk and bananas. You could also switch the fruits to your liking.
To serve 2 you will need:
Water 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract—1 tsp.
*You can use frozen berries, in that case omit the ice cubes. Also, you can use sugar if you want instead of honey.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend till everything is nice and smooth.
Serve in glasses and top with some berries if you wish. Enjoy!
