Sakura! I know it's late to post it now but I don't want to skip this one. I went to Yoyogi Park couple of weeks back with my friend. Surprisingly, we saw few sakura (cherry blossom) trees before the forecast date. It was gorgeous to see this beauty before it was blooming everywhere. It was such a gorgeous day, though still a bit cold.
Though it was not a post-day but since it was so gorgeous I thought I will share all the pictures of the day with you all. This is a heavy-on-pink post, so please bear with me. 😀
Can you see a glimpse of pink amid the brown and green and such earthy tones. It was really a surpass treat for the eyes, for everyone present there. Everyone was talking 'how come these are in full bloom so early?' We were lucky to be there when only a few people were there, otherwise it's so difficult to get pictures with sakura.
I have seen sakura before as well, this is my fourth time in Japan (Tokyo specifically), but this time I clicked so many pictures. Somehow, I have never gone crazy for these pretty blooms like the Japanese do, but this year I did that as well. I did numerous hanamis (picnic under sakura trees) with my friends and really enjoyed every bit of it.
